Redistricting Plan

This map aims to respect political subdivisions, and particularly county lines. Only 3 counties are split, and attempts are made to preserve the integrity of cities within a single district. It is VRA compliant and conforms to the principle of one person one vote, with district population deviations only as necessary to preserve political subdivisions.
