Redistricting Plan

This plan attempts to incorporate the population growth that New Jersey experienced since the 2010 census. As a least change map, the plan does so while remaining as consistent as possible with the current district boundaries. As such, this means that some districts, like district 6 and district 8, have strange shapes that do not look compact. This was done in an effort to keep coastal communities together, and reflects the current borders.
