Redistricting Plan

This map attempts to change district lines as little as possible while adjusting for population data to maintain perfect population equality. This plan shrinks existing Districts 2 and 3 and expands existing Districts 1 and 4. Like the existing district lines, this plan splits five counties. And like the existing district lines, it favors Republican party candidates.
