This is a good government map of Utah that first and foremost seeks to respect county lines or other political subdivisions. There is substantial difference between this map and the least change map of Utah also on this website. The map here keeps District 1 in the northwest of the state and District 3 in the southeast whereas previously District 1 followed the northern boundary of the state. This map complies with all relevant state and federal redistricting laws.
