This plan makes the least changes to the 2011 official plan as possible. I tried to make the changes to the 2011 plan while respecting political subdivisions as well. This plan keeps the 9th district as majority-minority. This plan moves Klickitat County into the 3rd district to adjust for the westward shift in the state population from 2010 to 2020. Additionally small parts of Chelan County were moved into the 4th district from the 8th district.
