Redistricting Plan

This plan is a good government plan, which aims to keep communities of interest together and only split counties and municipalities when necessary while achieving perfect population division. It accounts for the demographic changes as reported by the 2020 Census. The St. Louis and Kansas City metro areas have been preserved with minimal splitting of major cities, and St. Louis contains one majority black district, District 1. This map complies with all federal and state laws.
