Redistricting Plan

This map strives to replicate the previous Florida Congressional map with minimal changes as required by population distribution changes. As Florida gained a district, this is only somewhat possible, particularly in central Florida where population growth was significant (as reflected by the new District 14). Where significant deviation from the old plan was necessary, this map prioritizes compactness and respect for subdivision lines.
