Redistricting Plan

This plan is a least change plan, which aims to follow the previous districts as closely as possible while adjusting for perfect population. It accounts for the demographic changes as reported by the 2020 Census. This plan contains one majority-minority district in St. Louis, just as in the previous map. The partisan landscape is unchanged and no new districts were added. This map complies with all federal and state laws.
