This map of Maine makes minimal changes to the state's 2010 map. Kennebec County, which the state split in 2010, remains the lone split county. Due to population growth in Southern Maine, the town of Waterville, which is located in Kennebec County, moves from the 1st District to the 2nd District. The state's capital, August, remains in the first district. This map complies with all legal requirements, including equal population. For a more detailed assessment of the map, see my longer memo.
