Redistricting Plan

This plan maximizes competition in Michigan's congressional districts while simultaneously complying with the law (including the VRA and one-person one-vote) while also adhering to more traditional redistricting principles. While prioritizing competition, this plan respects political subdivision lines and communities of interest where possible. It aims for a partisan balance of 10 percentage points between Republicans and Democrats based on the vote share in the 2020 Presidential election.
