Redistricting Plan

This is a map for the state of Montana, which is gaining a district this cycle going from one to two. In this map, I seek to create one competitive district. I have split the state North/South, with the more populous part of the state in the West. In seeking a more competitive map, I split two counties in an effort to get the urban area of Helena into District 1, and for population distribution moving Kalispell and other areas in the northwest of the state into District 2.
