This map barely changes the existing Rhode Island lines. It maintains the split of Providence but divides no other county and only 3 voting districts. The districts are quite compact, and strongly favor Democrats. Provided that the State Senate and House districts are redrawn appropriately, the plan would comply with Rhode Island redistricting rules; it also complies with "one person, one vote" and the VRA.
